How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Framed Rubbing of only the Senior Walk name will be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
  • Silver Edition Diploma Sets in which the customer manually drops the diploma into the frame will be delivered in 5-8 weeks.
  • Platinum Edition Diploma Sets in which the manufacturer permanently mounts the diploma in the frame will be delivered in 6-8 weeks from the date we receive the diploma.
    • Requires a Duplicate Diploma
  • Duplicate Diploma Option together with any purchased product will be delivered in 4-6 weeks after we receive the Duplicated Diploma from the Registrar's Office

NOTE: Names of graduates are not imprinted on the sidewalk for 18-24 months.  With your permission, ForeverRed can use an in-house computer-generated system that creates an exact replica of the sidewalk etching—there is virtually no difference in appearance. The rubbings from our in-house system can be used for a recent graduate whose name is not yet on Senior Walk, and for the names from older sidewalks that have deteriorated to make rubbing impractical.

Why does it take several weeks to get my frame?

ForeverRed prides itself on delivering the highest quality products to our customers. Our handcrafted frames are one of a kind, and our rubbings are done by hand straight from Senior Walk. Therefore, delays such as poor weather make sidewalk rubbings impractical. In addition, our attention to detail yields high-quality frames, specifically made with care just for you.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

No, we do not currently have access to tracking numbers. You may call or email ForeverRed to learn the status of your order.

What is a duplicate diploma?

If you ordered a product with a diploma display and do not wish to use your original diploma, a duplicate can be ordered through the Registrar. The Registrar has to receive SAKE’s unique release form from the customer before the duplicate diploma can be processed and released to SAKE. You can download and print the Duplicate Diploma Authorization Form, email a scanned copy to sake.walton@gmail.com, or mail it to the address below:

What is the difference between Platinum and Silver Editions of a frame?

When you order a Platinum edition, it will be made with a permanent backing with your diploma enclosed. A Silver edition has pockets rather than a sealed back, and you can place your own diploma in the frame when it arrives to you. This means that a Platinum Frame must be purchased with a duplicate diploma.

Can I order a custom frame?

Yes, ForeverRed will customize a frame however you would like. You may call the ForeverRed phone number and describe what you would like the frame to look like. We will draft a picture of the frame you would like, then send you the picture to verify its accuracy. We will then send that image to our manufacturer to craft your custom frame.

Return Policy

ForeverRed affirms that its products are of the highest quality and fully in accordance with its published specifications. Customer orders placed with ForeverRed are considered firm and final at the time they are placed; however, cancellations or changes in an order for a product can be made by the customer, without charge, provided the change is notified to ForeverRed by phone and confirmed IN WRITING, by e-mail or mail within 5 business days of the date of first ordering the product. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will apply to any order or item cancelled beyond the 5-day period. A 5% price add-on will apply to any change of product specification by the customer, beyond 5 days from the first ordering date, e.g. change of frame style, change of matte color, and correction to the spelling of the Graduate's name. No refund of any kind is allowable after the product has been shipped. 

Because ForeverRed puts excellent customer service at the top of our priorities, we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied after receiving their order. We provide a 15-day window after receiving the product for customers to make any changes at their own cost. Contact the ForeverRed office if changes need to be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods Policy: It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the package promptly upon delivery and to file a claim on the carrier for any damage found to the package or its contents. If any error, defect or damage is found after delivery and there has been no apparent rough handling in transit, contact ForeverRed for possible repair or replacement options. No claim for correction, repair or replacement will be considered beyond 30 days from date of delivery. Call the ForeverRed office before sending anything back since the item may need to go to our framing shop rather than our business office. If ForeverRed incorrectly processed the order, we will pay for the return shipment and shipment of a corrected product. If the error was in the information provided to ForeverRed or in the Duplicate Diploma provided to ForeverRed by the University of Arkansas, e.g. wrong spelling of name on a diploma or on the Senior Walk, ForeverRed will make every effort to correct the error but will not be under any obligation to pay the cost of rebuilding the product or the shipping costs.
